A little reassurance

Good questions.
Simple answers.

Everything you need to know before your countdown begins.

What’s hiding behind the doors?

One Christmas advent calendar with 24 mini squishy toys. Expect cute dumpling characters and other playful shapes in a mix of colours and festive designs. The assortment can vary—that’s part of the surprise.

When do we start the countdown?

Give the calendar before December 1, then open one numbered door each day until Christmas Eve. No finding, wrapping or hiding 24 separate gifts.

How big is the calendar?

The box is approximately 27 × 19 × 5 cm (10.63 × 7.48 × 1.97 inches). The pictured Santa-hat character is about 4.5 cm wide and 4 cm tall. Each mini’s size varies by design.

Is it just for children?

It’s for anyone who enjoys cute little collectibles: children, teens and grown-up squishy fans. These are small non-food toys, not sweets. Keep small parts away from children under 3; follow the age and care instructions supplied on your actual packaging.

Do the surprises last after Christmas?

Yes. All 24 mini squishies are yours to keep, squeeze, name and display after the last door is opened. The countdown ends; the collection doesn’t.

How does the 30-day guarantee work?

If your calendar isn’t what you hoped for, contact the store within 30 days of delivery to request a refund. Keep your order number handy. The merchant must confirm the full returns policy before launch.

When will my calendar arrive?

Delivery timings and costs depend on the destination and the store’s shipping settings. No Christmas arrival date is promised here; check the merchant’s delivery information before placing a live order.
